Critical-creative companionship in practice development – Mary Mulcahy shares her experience

Mary Mulcahy is a Nurse Educator Practice Development at the Prince of Wales Hospital, Randwick, Sydney, Australia. She has had an extensive career in nursing spanning 25 years and has worked as a facilitator in a variety of education settings. She is dedicated to working with critical creativity strategies in order to enhance personal qualities, skills and wisdom to empower and connect individuals and groups. In this post, Mary reflects on the support she has received from a critical creative companionship to use critical creativity more intentionally in her work.
